Why is there only one wine listed at a time?
We sell one wine at a time until it is sold out. Then we replace with another wine until it is sold out, usually 3 to 4 different wines per day.

We even offer free shipping with the minimum order placed.
As long as you buy the minimum amount of wine as stated on the front page, shipping is free to anywhere in Japan.

Do I have to create an account to receive alerts about great value wines from Grape Off?
No, You can receive alerts without having to create a user account. You do however need to register an account to buy wine.

How long before I receive my wine?
All orders are shipped between 1-2 business days from receipt of your order. If for some reason you haven’t received your order within 10 days, please email us so we can resolve your order.

If I missed a wine that was for sale on the site, can I back order it?
We can’t promise we can find more your favorite wine, but let us know and we will do our best to see if we can get more.

Can I be notified of a wine type that I like? Yes
In your Account Section you can Modify your Alerts to select the type of wines you wish to be notified of as they become available and you can change this anytime.

What if the wine I bought was “corked” or has gone bad?
Contact us and we will gladly provide you with a replacement bottle or a refund if we are out of stock. It is not uncommon to run across a bad bottle of wine from time to time. Your Satisfaction is our top priority.
